Plan Your Group Visit
In order to bring your school or group to the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum, reservations are required. Early registration is recommended as a limited number of tour groups are admitted to the Museum each day. Reservations are booked in the order that they are received. Special discounted admission fees are available ONLY for groups of ten or more.
For docent-lead tours, reservations must be submitted to the Maritime Museum at least two weeks prior to your requested visit date. 
Schedule your visit in three simple steps:
- Complete the Group Registration Form below.
- Submit completed form.
- Watch for your email confirmation.
(If you do not receive email confirmation within a week of making your
reservation, please contact the Education Department.)
MUSEUM ADMISSION
- Children (1-5): $2.00
- Youth (6-17): $4.00
- Adults: $7.00
- Seniors: $4.00
Groups with confrimed reservations will receive $1.00 off admission and one FREE chaperone for every 10 students. All additional teachers / chaperones are admitted at $6 per person. (One teacher / chaperone is required for every 10 students.)
EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Docent-Guided Tours (60-minute tour)
Admission plus $1.50 per person
Diving Deeper Workshops (50-minute session)
Admission plus $4.00 per person*
Whales Tales (50-minute session)
Admission plus $4.00 per person*
Sea Song Sing-a-long (30-minute program)
Admission plus $15.00 flat rate. (up to 45 participants.) When paired with a docent-guided tour, enjoy a reduced fee of $10 for the sing-a-long.
Merry Time Rolling Yacht (50-minute program)
Admission plus $15.00 flat rate. (Up to 30 participants.)
When paired with a docent-guided tour, enjoy a reduced fee of $10 for a rollin’ good time!
Science Broadcast Programs (2-hour program)
Admission plus $4.00 per person. (Up to 60 participants per session.)

FREE with scheduled Museum visit. $10.00 without Museum visit.
* Groups must have a minimum of 15 participants and a maximum of 45. Those with fewer than 15 participants will be charged a flat rate of $50.00.
